You bear the entire risk of the completeness, accuracy or usefulness of any Content found on this Site. Voyage Paris reserves the right to withdraw, temporarily or permanently, any Content from this Site at any time and for any reason. Removal may be immediate and without notice. You confirm that Voyage Paris is not liable to you or any third party for any such withdrawal.

PURCHASES
All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The price of a product displayed on the website at the time the order is concluded will be honoured and you will be charged accordingly.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in its power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

OFFERS TO PURCHASE
The contract between you and Voyage Paris will be completed when we issue you an acceptance of your offer to purchase. The sale contract is therefore completed in London, England. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

PAYMENT
You can pay by credit/debit card (all major cards are accepted)
Alternative you can pay by bank transfer or cheque – goods will not be despatched until payment is received and cleared.

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Voyage Paris, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We reserve the right to withdraw any merchandise from the Site at any time and/or remove, screen or edit any materials or content on the Site. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time in its sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of its withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

DELIVERY
You will be advised at the time of placing your order when your order will be despatched (usually the same day when making payment by credit/debit card). All orders are sent via courier on a next day service.

ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
The purchase of merchandise is limited to parties that lawfully can enter into and form contracts on the Site under English law. To register, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address, credit card details and other requested information. The Site is available only to individuals and others who meet the Terms of Supply of eligibility, whose applications are acceptable to Voyage Paris. INSURANCE
We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.
RETRUNS & REFUNDS
All damages and shortages must be notified within seven days of receipt, we will not be able to accept claims made outside this period.

Stock chosen by yourself in the showroom and repeat orders can only be returned if found to be faulty.

If we have agreed to send samples these must be returned within seven days.

Please enclose a copy of your invoice with your return for a full refund to the original purchasers credit/debit card. Please retain a proof of posting.

We reserve the right not to accept returns sent not in a new unworn condition or received outside the seven day period.

OUR RELATIONSHIP

NO WAIVER
No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any proceeding or succeeding breach of any provision.
GOVERNING LAW
The Terms of Supply will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
